Windows can be reinvented to introduce the concept of share,exchange and transfer to enable every individuals to do his own thing without conforming.The principle will be better implemented by cutting out the m-factor and focusing on relativity and synergy among the achievers and dreamers.Without the dreamers the achievers will find it hard to go higher.

When people get engrossed in their fantasies,it becomes extremely difficult to find a common meeting ground.Unless a substantial number of people can agree to a different way of life which can bring happiness and prosperity for all,it will be pointless.
